Benchmark Title Agency, LLC was founded by a team of title professionals with one goal in mind: to provide a level of service that exceeds the industry standard. Since then, the regions’ most astute counsels, financial institutions, developers, realtors and consumers have grown to trust Benchmark’s unparalleled expertise in residential and commercial title insurance. Benchmark has also earned an outstanding reputation within the affordable housing community regularly insuring complex acquisitions and financing transactions. With so much of the regions area surrounded by navigable water, Benchmark has expertise in the research and insuring of lands under water. Benchmark can take on intricate projects due to the vast experience of our legal team coupled with our long-standing relationships with the nation’s largest and most reputable underwriters.
Benchmark is an established leader throughout New York State regularly insuring transactions with a concentration in the Hudson Valley, New York City, and Long Island. Benchmark Title Agency can include among its growing list of recognitions the fact that we were chosen by the Office of the Westchester County Clerk to streamline the entire PREP system, as well as, to serve as a beta test site. We were also selected by Westchester County to review and beta test their online search tool. Additionally, in 2010 Benchmark was awarded the Family Friendly award by the Women’s Bar Association of Westchester County. Benchmark has been certified as a Women-owned Business Enterprise (WBE) by the NYC Department of Small Business Services. Combined with the designation we received last year from NYS, we are now a certified WBE at both the city and state level.
