HOW WE ARE KEEPING YOU SAFE:
RiseBoro Community Partnership has worked diligently throughout the pandemic to aid our communities, residents and small businesses. When we started to develop our event several months ago the number of COVID cases were on the decline and projections were that we had turned a corner. Even with this information we wanted to put safety first, so we decided to find a unique location that would enable us to celebrate outdoors in a space that would allow for social distancing and we partnered with Two Trees—one of our development partners—to use their Domino Park Annex. Now with the Delta and other variants, we are taking additional precautions to ensure our attendees safety so we can all come together in person.
COVID SAFETY PROTOCOLS FOR OUR EVENT:
- All attendees must be fully vaccinated and show either their Vaccination Card or their NYS Excelsior Pass with ID to attend the event
- All attendees must verify their proof of vaccination through our event registration platform in advance of the event date
- We have incorporated the use of an oversized tent with partially opened side panels to allow for additional ventilation
- Tables will be spread out throughout the space to allow for social distancing
- Food and beverages will be passed throughout the event by catering servers to reduce congestion throughout the tent
- Restroom facilities will have a server who will be cleaning continuously throughout the event
- We are encouraging you to use your own safety measures in addition to those above, therefore masks are a personal choice and are encouraged when not eating or drinking.
- Should any COVID policies change prior to the event date, we will communicate updated measures that must be implemented.
